SHADY HILL HEALTH RECORDS AND SHOT REQUIREMENTS
Shady Hill provides a safe and health environment for all guests. In order to maintain this, we do require the following for our pet guests:
- A record from a veterinarian showing that your pet is current on all vaccinations (i.e. Distemper/Parvo, Bordatella, Rabies or passing TITER test. Your pet may not have any infectious illnesses.
- That your pet has absolutely NO contagious sicknesses such as Kennel Cough.
- You will also sign our release form, when dogs are dropped off, this allows us to seek medical attention for your pet if needed.
- We can administer pills, liquids and topical medications (i.e. eye and ear) some cases require extra charges. Please provide medications, and if needed written instruction.
- We will administer shots for your pet at an additional charge.
