SHADY HILL WEEKENDS & HOLIDAY SEASON
TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS & STAFF DURING THE BUSY WEEKEND (Thur-Mon) & HOLIDAY SEASON TIMES, this is the check-in & pick-up/check-out policy;
We work hard to make sure that when your dog/dogs ARRIVE, their special Kennel is clean & ready so it is important that all dogs checking out be picked up prior to 12pm on the day of check-out.
For dogs not picked-up in time, there will be a charge for another day to cover costs for overtime clean ups. (This charge will not apply to arranged return Delivery; Kathy driving your dog home or closer to your home for pick up.)
We fully understand delays happen during travel times, at airports, family emergencies, horrible traffic etc. Please CALL & leave us a message if this has/is happening. Due to sporadic internet service at Shady Hills, a call is always the best at : 360-247-5000
